Adoption Pending
My name is Poochie and I was
nine year old in January. I
lived with the same family my
entire life but they want to
travel and boarding me became to
expensive.
So far I like being in rescue.
I am sharing the foster home
with five other Shelties. I am
having a ball. My dad told my
foster mom I would not do well
around other dogs. Well, I am!
I will be going to the vet on
July 16 to be spayed. I am up
to date on other vet care but
check back for updates as I will
be having blood tests. My
foster mom thinks I act a lot
younger than nine. I run with
the other dogs and even try to
initiate play. I found one of
the crates around the house and
I like sleeping in there but the
door stays open. I am a good
traveler and my foster mom has
been walking me with a leash. I
am doing a lot better than she
expected since I have not had
much experience with a leash.
I am a good eater and my foster
mom has me on a diet. I weigh
27.9 pounds and on my little
frame and only 13 inches tall, I
should weigh a lot less. I come
when called and know a few basic
commands. Won't you consider
adopting me so I can live my
senior years with someone that
loves me??? I am well behaved
in the house and go out and come
back in when told. Senior girls
make wonderful companions!!!!!!
One more thing, I love to swim.
