Someone adopt me! My
name is Kody Joe and my
foster mom calls me Kody
with a K. I think I
like that since another
foster named Cody is
being fostered with me.
I came to rescue as I
didn't like my owners
husband. I was forced
to go outside and had
anxiety associated with
their yard.
I am doing so much
better in my foster
home. My foster mom
still takes me outside
but I am relaxing and
doing my business. I
was crated most of the
time in my previous
home. I am so happy as
my foster mom does NOT
crate me. I am well
behaved even when she is
gone. I get along with
all the dogs in my
foster home. I am
taking treats from her
hand. I need to work on
being a little more
gentle with taking a
treat.
I was 3 on 2/27/10. I
weigh 37 pounds and my
foster mom has me on a
diet. I need to slim
down a little, maybe 7-8
pounds. I will walk on
a leash and was a good
boy when going to
PetsMart for Sheltie
Rescue's Adoption day.
I let people pet me. I
don't like to be
approached if I am in a
corner unless I have a
leash on and then I will
go anywhere with you. I
am still nervous on car
rides and like to be on
the floor of the back
seat. I do like chew
toys. I am fearful of
new situations but with
time I will overcome
this.
I just did not fit into
my other home and my
foster mom is not sure
why. I am well behaved
in my foster home. I
love the freedom my
foster mom is giving
me. I hated being
confined to a crate all
the time. Life is good
in rescue. If you have

consider giving me the
loving home I so much
deserve, please call

me. I am up to date on
my vet care and
neutered.
