When my owner gave me to
Sheltie Rescue, I was not sure what was going on. I
soon learned I had the best foster mom and dad
anywhere. They loved me and took good care of me.
I even learned to use a doggie door and share their
home with 4 other Shelties. I went for a visit
with a young family with 4 kids. Wow, they loved me
right away. Michelle my new mom decided to adopt
me. I was the right Sheltie for them. I keep
pinching myself to make sure this is for real. I
have a beautiful new home with a very loving
family. These 4 kids keep me busy and I will never
be lonely or lack love and attention. At 3 years
old I have many years left to take care of my new
family. Thanks Sheltie Rescue for finding me the
perfect home.

Happy New Year
everyone!! I was adopted on New Years Eve. What
better way to celebrate New Years. I came to
Sheltie Rescue because my old owners kept me tied up
outside all the time. I was so lonely and wanted to
be with a family. I love everyone and needed an
active family. When I went to meet Maggie and Bill
and 2 of the 4 daughters, I was a hit from the
moment I walked in. I love all the activity with
teenagers coming and going all the time. I don't
miss a thing and keep guard over the house. I even
went shopping my first day with my new mom and dad.
I am feeling spoiled already. The first 2 years of
my life were not the best but the rest of my life
will be. My new mom, Maggie, can't thank Sheltie
Rescue enough and neither can I!!
