Grady #24
Adoption Pending
As of June 28th, Grady has
been removed from medical hold and
pronounced healthy and fit! His adrenal
issues have resolved themselves and he
is having a dental soon! Yay! Feeling
terrific and with a cheerful
disposition, Grady is a great Sheltie
and a wonderful, devoted companion.

You will notice that Grady has a very
low number - #24, to be exact. That’s
because he was in our program once
before. His adopters cared for him, but
did not take very good care of him, so
we took him back into Rescue.
This big boy is the sweetest guy you
will ever meet! He weighs 56
pounds, stands 18 inches tall and is 8
years old. He is 100%
house-trained and is not a big barker.
He is very loving and grateful for any
scrap of attention he can get. He never
bothers the cats or other dogs and would
probably not be a big flight risk. He
likes to find a corner somewhere, inside
or outside, and take a nice snooze.
Grady is currently under medical hold
until we can find out why his adrenal is
malfunctioning. So far, Sheltie Rescue
has treated his ear infection and we
have him on a gentle, non-allergenic
chow, so his skin and eye irritations
have cleared up as well. And he is so
HAPPY! Always in a good mood!
You really need to meet this fellow to
understand how precious he is. He needs
a loving home with lots of attention and
hugs. Do you have that special home?
